Refund Policy

You pay after your visit — so there is nothing to refund

Visits with Dr. Ty are $150 each, billed after the visit takes place. There is no subscription, no membership, no contract, and no prepayment of any kind. You are only ever charged for a visit that has already happened.

Because a completed visit pays for Dr. Ty's time, clinical evaluation, and prescription management that have already been delivered, visit fees are non-refundable. And because nothing is ever paid in advance, there is no deposit or balance to return if you decide not to continue — you simply don't book another visit.

Medication, pharmacy, and labs

Medication, pharmacy services, and lab work are purchased separately from the pharmacy or laboratory that provides them, under that provider's own billing and refund policies. Mindful Medical Weight Loss does not hold those payments and cannot refund them.

Billing mistakes

If you believe you were charged in error — a duplicate charge, a charge for a visit that didn't happen, or a wrong amount — email us and we will correct it promptly. Billing mistakes are always made right; that isn't a refund request, it's our obligation.

Cancellations

If you can't make an appointment, please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours ahead so the time can go to another patient.
