Step 1
I read your labs properly
TSH, Free T3, Free T4, and antibody panels — not just the "normal range" checkbox.
Thyroid & weight · 100% virtual
Fatigue, brain fog, hair loss, weight gain — and your doctor says everything looks fine. I hear this constantly. I look past the in-range checkbox at what your thyroid is actually doing, and I tell you what I see.

Step 1
TSH, Free T3, Free T4, and antibody panels — not just the "normal range" checkbox.
Step 2
Most of the women I see have never had a doctor actually walk them through their thyroid numbers. I will.
Step 3
Adjusting your current medication, ordering additional labs, or starting treatment — you leave with a clear next step. A prescription is never guaranteed.
Step 4
Thyroid conditions are chronic. Continuing care is normally one $150 visit a month, with no commitment either way.

Your doctor
I'm a board-certified family physician, and I work at the intersection of hormonal health, metabolic function, and weight. I've watched thyroid dysfunction get dismissed too many times — I built this practice to stop doing that.
“Doctor T is amazing. She is so kind, caring and knowledgeable. Highly recommend her!”
“Dr Tyebjee is amazing! Of all of the companies out there trying to sell their weight loss services to me, I chose Mindful Medical Weight Loss because of the comfort I feel with Dr Tyebjee. She is so knowledgeable and you can tell that she genuinely cares for her patients. Thank you for everything!”
No. Whether you've been diagnosed with hypothyroidism, hyperthyroidism, Hashimoto's, or you just suspect something is off, I can evaluate you from the beginning.
This is the single thing I hear most. "Normal" ranges are wide, and what's optimal for you may not be the middle of a reference range. I look at the full picture and the trend over time, not one number in isolation.
Yes. I'm a licensed physician and can prescribe levothyroxine, liothyronine, desiccated thyroid extract, and other thyroid medications where they're clinically appropriate for you.
I'm licensed in these 15 states: Alabama, California, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Mississippi, Missouri, New Jersey, New York, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Washington. Please check that yours is on the list before you book.
Visits are cash-pay — I don't bill insurance for them. HSA and FSA funds can typically be used for physician consultations; I'll provide documentation if you need it.
Most primary care visits give thyroid a few minutes. I spend real time reviewing your full history, explaining your labs, and building a plan that fits your life.
Thyroid disease and perimenopause cause nearly the same symptoms, and having one doesn't protect you from the other. These go deeper:
One visit, $150, paid after we talk. A straight read on your labs, a plan, and a doctor who actually listens.
